(Activated Carbon)
This is a special and ideal purifying material which is the second material after iron in the breadth of its application. It has a developed porous structure consisting of carbon and its obtained through activation of a carbonaceous fault material. Activation means a thermal treatment of carbonaceous fault material under certain conditions which leads to the formation of many pores, crevices, and cracks accompanied by a significant increase in the pore surface per unit mass of the target product.

The methods of production and preparation of raw materials required for its production usually leads to damage to the environment, a process which should be aimed at solving environmental problems.Currently,the conventional raw materials used for the production of activated carbon lacks sufficient carbon contents, and an extra process of carbonization is required.This is an expensive and time-consuming process whose result is the release of volatile substances and resins into the atmosphere.

Activated has a bunch of advantages and uses and believe it or not, most are health-related. It is paramount that one’s health be watched and protected at all costs and there is no better way to do so while being a part of the population that is bent on saving the earth.
